Mayor Moreno expressed confidence that these projects could be completed within President Marcos’ term, citing his administration’s track record during the pandemic. “We delivered Tondominium 1 and 2, Binondominium 1, Basecommunity, and several public housing projects despite the crisis,” he said.
His first term also saw the construction of the Bagong Ospital ng Maynila, the modernization of Manila Zoo, and new public schools including Manila Science High School, Dr. Albert Elementary School, and Rosauro Almario Elementary School.
